Despite having a 30-year playoff drought since their 1995 Super Bowl run, the Dallas Cowboys are still the most valuable team in the NFL. Postseason difficulties continue even after successful regular seasons. In anticipation of the return of a new era of success, fans keep waiting.
The Dallas Cowboys have gone nearly 30 years without making it to NFC Championship and in NFL this is one of the longest catastrophic times. They last played in 1995 season and were placed as the occupants of the Super Bowl. The next 30 years have brought close to no other deep playoff runs since then.
Through the years, the Cowboys have been competitive in the regular season and more often than not record high records. The postseason however has been a whole other ball game, with consistent early exits and lost chances. Experiences in recent playoffs such as high-expectation games have not helped matters as it shows the fruitlessness.

The Cowboys have not been too successful in the field in NFL, but have remained successful in the off-field. The franchise is still the most valuable in all sport with international fan base and un-paralleled financial resources. Still the divide between favored and fouled widens year by year which gives fans hope that they will flow back to the top rank.
With a new season tagged ahead, it arises whether the Cowboys can finally draw a line on this always downward spiral and reclaim to their past glory.
